Tour of Europe: Manchester welcomes Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport

It has a lot in common with the last stop of the European roadshow: Manchester. The English city is considered the northern capital of innovation and the arts, a major cultural center known for its music and extensive libraries, as well as beautiful Victorian buildings. And let's not forget its glorious sporting past, home to two of England's largest football clubs.

Chiron Pur Sport was definitely in its element when visiting Manchester - this city, located opposite the brand new state-of-the-art National Football Museum, next to the historic infamous Printworks and Corn Exchange buildings, showcases Bugatti's tradition of blending history with innovation.

Upon arrival, the Bugatti Pur Sport was greeted at the auto show with a graphic on the window stating that the Manchester showroom was slated to open in January 2021. The Chiron Pur Sport felt right at home in the pop-up showroom where it joined its brother Chiron. Sport2 as well as Bugatti Veyron.

“Our team, based here in the heart of Cheshire, was delighted to present an impressive and unique vehicle like the Pur Sport and to be associated with one of the most iconic and exclusive brands in the world. We have already established an excellent relationship with our new colleagues at the Bugatti home in Molsheim and intend to become one of their leading dealers, ”explains Managing Director John Crossley. Although the official showroom will open in 2021, the After Sales Center is fully operational for existing owners across Northern England.

With optimized aerodynamics, a shorter gear ratio and all-new tires, the Chiron Pur Sport is considered the most agile member of the Chiron3 family. It costs 3 million euros net and is limited to 60 units. Production at the company's headquarters in Molsheim, France, will begin in the second half of 2020.
